Important Information for Botany 2023!

Botany 2023 will be a hybrid conference with a format similar to last year. Symposia and Special Lectures must be presented in person; these presentations will be live-streamed for our virtual attendees and the recordings will become available to all conference attendees via our online platform.

Presentations for Colloquia and Contributed Papers sessions may be delivered by in-person or virtual attendees; virtual presenters must pre-record their presentations and upload them to the platform by July 1st. In-person presenters for these sessions will be delivering their talks live to onsite participants, and are encouraged to upload a pre-recorded version of their presentations to the platform in advance of the conference so that virtual attendees will be able to view them during their scheduled times. In-person presenters who are able to have a friend or colleague record their presentations as they deliver them in Boise have the option to submit those recordings to the platform (so they become available to all conference attendees via the online platform).

New this year – Posters must be presented in person; however, after the Monday night Poster Session, presenters will have the opportunity to upload their poster to the platform to be part of the online version of the conference.
